The Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2014 and to delete the unknown names and to include the petitioner's name and his sister's name in the Town Survey Register as per computer Patta No.2314 for S.No.159/4A1.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader.

3. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, on production of relevant documents and details and after giving an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
