ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.04.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 28.04.2018, against the proposed accused, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the enquiry was conducted and both parties have appeared for an enquiry and made a statement that they have to seek their remedy before the Civil Court and in view of the statement given by both parties, the complaint has been closed.

5.Recording submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court, if necessary.
