O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to commence the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.4 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Theni.

2. According to the petitioner, the case in Crime No.4 of 2018 has been registered on 06.02.2018 for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 465 and 471 of I.P.C., but so far no final report has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents on instructions seeks two months time to complete the investigation and file a final report.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
