Respondent This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to give effect to the appeal order in CST Appeal No and year: 11/2014 (CST) dated 20.11.2014 by passing revised order and to refund the amount of taxes paid in excess along with interest due thereon in accordance with law.

ORDER

The prayer in this Writ Petition is to implement the order of the appellate authority herein.

2. Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent may be directed to implement the order of the appellate authority within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner sought for in this Writ Petition and give effect to the appeal order in CST Appeal No and year:11/2014 (CST) dated 20.11.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
