This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.05.2022.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the case was referred as a "mistake of fact", since the case was involved in civil in nature. He would further submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
