ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner to expedite the proceedings in O.S.No.69 of 2012, on the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin and allow this Civil Revision Petition. 2.The petitioner is the plaintiff. The respondent is the defendant. The petitioner filed the suit in O.S.No.69 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin for declaration, recovery of possession and for permanent injunction against the respondent. 3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner side evidence was closed on 04.09.2014 and subsequently, the respondent filed two applications on 06.01.2014 in I.A.No.1261 and 1262 of 2014 for filing additional written statement and to recall the P.Ws.1 &
2. Both applications were disposed of and the suit is kept pending, without any progress.
4.I have heard Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Dhanaseelan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent and also carefully perused the entire materials on record.

prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition and since the suit is of the year 2012, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the learned Sub Judge, Tuticorin is directed to hear the O.S.No.69 of 2012 on merits and in accordance with law and dispose the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than 31st July, 2016.
6.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
