ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition (b) imposed in the order dated 09.02.2026 in Crl.OP(MD)No. 2586/2026 on the file of this Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and the fact of completion of investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30a.m., for a period of three months.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
