ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil to number the plaint in O.S.SR.No.585 of 2016.

2. The revision petitioner is seeking declaration of the loan of Rs.3,00,000/- obtained by the petitioner from the second respondent became time barred based on letter dated Nil received by her on 06.12.2016 and threatened through Goondas by the respondent.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of cause of action alleged based on the letter dated 06.02.2016 and declaration with regard to alleged time bar

and coercion steps by the respondent, the petitioner is directed to represent the plaint complaining with the returns. On such representation, the learned Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil is directed to number the plaint in O.S.SR.No.585 of 2016 without raising the plea of time barred, if it is otherwise in order and decide the issue on merits.

5. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
