ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents No.1 to 3 to provide police protection to the petitioner and the petitioner's family members life and liberty by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 05.04.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in CSR No.39/2023. During the course of enquiry, the fourth respondent has stated that he is not willing to live with the petitioner and he will work out his remedies elsewhere, based on which, above said enquiry was closed on 24.04.2023. The present petition was filed on 19.04.2023, stating that after the above said complaint, the fourth respondent is pressurizing the petitioner to withdraw the above said complaint.

3.Now, it is stated by the petitioner that the above said statement was obtained under force. This cannot be accepted at this stage. The petitioner has to work out her remedy, through appropriate proceedings, in the manner known to law.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
