ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.214 of 2023 and to file the final report, within a time frame.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the case in Cr.No.214 of 2023 was closed as mistake of fact on 28.09.2023.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. If RCS notice has not been served, the same shall be served to the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to workout to his remedy in the manner known to law.
