This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to correct the birth certificate of one Miss Grace Esa Nirmala N.S.Dated 12.02.2014 in accordance with section 15 of Registration of Birth and Death Act 1969 and Rule 11 of the Tamil Nadu Registration of Births and Death Rules 2000 by considering the representation preferred by the petitioner dated 04.04.2015, within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for considering his representation dated 04.04.2015.

2. Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner on merits.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders, on the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
