Respondent This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2014 and 17.10.2014 and issue "No Objection Certificate" for registration of "Sri Valasubramani Samy Temple Managing Committee" by passing orders within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for considering his representations dated 16.10.2014 and 17.10.2014.

2. Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representations of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner, on merits.

6. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner, dated 16.10.2014 and 17.10.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
