ORDER

The revision petitioner is the defendant in O.S.No.281 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Kulithurai. In the said suit, interim injunction was granted against the statutory authorities. Questioning the same, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

2.This Court is of the view that the order impugned in this Civil Revision Petition is an appealable one. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the revision petitioner to work out the remedy by filing a regular Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3.With this observation, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
