Registry had posted this matter on 02.07.2018 before this Court under the caption "for default cases" and on that date, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought some more time to rectify the defects as pointed out by the Registry. In view of the said submission, this Court granted time till 12.07.2018 for rectifying the defects. The matter is again listed today before this Court for non-compliance of the order issued by this Court, dated 02.07.2018.

2. A perusal of the documents would show that the petitioner has not taken steps in respect of the defects pointed out by the Registry, within the stipulated time and therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not at all interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
