The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to provide necessary protection to survey the land to an extent of 73 cents in Patta No.29/05/912/02537/60227 situated in Visvanathaperi Village, Devepattinam, Tirunelveli District, based on his representation dated 12.07.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that both the parties appeared for the enquiry and it was closed on the basis of the statement given by the third respondent that he will approach the Court and file an appeal.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, if necessary.
