Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents herein for their deliberate and willful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 27.02.2017 in Writ Petition(MD).No.14886 of 2015 under Article 215 of the Constitution of India.

partially completed with the order by granting approval of appointment, vide order dated 18/06/2026. However, the consequential monetary benefits were not disbursed. 2.Recording the above said statement, this Court is inclined to close the contempt petition. Hence, the contempt petition is closed. However, the respondents are directed to pay the monetary benefits as per the appointment approval order dated 18.06.2026 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the same is not paid, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen the contempt petition.
