The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the matter has been referred to Legal Services Board, only after getting report from the Social Welfare Officer, the First Information Report will be registered. If the First Information Report is registered, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioners. This arrangement is directed so as to give breathing time to the petitioners to approach this Court, if necessary. 3.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
