ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to include the petitioner's name in the Creditors/Investors list, which is maintained and submitted by the second respondent in C.C.No.36 of 2008 pending before the TNPID Court, Madurai. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that if the petitioner gives the relevant particulars showing that he is one of the creditors or investors, then the respondent police are ready to include his name in the creditors/ investors list.

3.Recording the same, the first respondent is hereby, directed to receive the particulars from the petitioner and include his name in the creditors/ investors list, which is maintained with regard to C.C.No. 36 of 2008, on the file of the TNPID Court, Madurai and take suitable action in this regard.
