ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and fix the four boundaries of the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.898/12 and 898/15, measuring an extent of 0.02.77 Hectares, situated at Arumugamangalam Village, Eral Taluk, Thoothukudi District, based on the representation made by the petitioner on 07.06.2021, within the time frame prescribed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the survey has already been conducted.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs.
