This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.04.2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now, the petitioner and her husband/ C.Villayutham is not living together and in the circumstances, the petitioner/ wife has given a complaint to the respondent police on 26.04.2022. After receiving the complaint the respondents have not taken any action.

4. Recording the same, the third respondent/ the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Nillakottai, Dindigul District is directed to consider the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.04.2022 and to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to both the parties.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
