ORDER
Today the matter came up for hearing under the caption "for being mentioned"
2. Paragraph No.4 of the order dated 02.02.2026 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6735 of 2024 shall be substituted by the following:
"4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Court directs the third respondent police to expedite the investigation and complete the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation, being conducted by the third respondent police and the third respondent police is directed to appraise the progress in the investigation every Friday to the second respondents"
3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order copy and issue fresh order copy.
