ORDER

The petitioner has given a petition before the first respondent seeking issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned lands. According to her, the petition mentioned lands belongs to her family and that mistake took place during UDR.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader would controvert the said stand. According to him, the land in question stands in the name of the Government and that it has been allotted for putting up a bus stand.

3. Be that as it may, the first respondent is directed to pass order on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
