RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition 5(a) imposed on the petiioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6621/2023 dated 11.01.2023 for the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- direct to the defacto complainant as compensation.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJAGURU.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition in condition No.5(a) imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6621 of 2023, dated 11.04.2023 for the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- direct to the de-facto complainant as compensation. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on records.

3.This Court finds no reasonable grounds to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6621 of 2023, dated 11.04.2023.
