Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) for the petitioner and the respondent not appearing either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition has filed the cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12248 of 2020, dated 03.11.2020.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent has not complied the condition imposed by this Court, dated 03.11.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12248 of 2020. It is also stated that he has filed a petition seeking extension of time for complying the condition and the same has also been ordered by this Court on 25.01.2021. 3. Since there a specific relief granted to the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.469 of 2021 that if the respondent fails to comply the order, anticipatory bail granted to him shall stand cancelled automatically, the petitioner is at liberty to secure the accused through appropriate proceedings.
