Claimants/Appellants/ Respondents PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 13 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Harijan Welfare Schemes Act (Act 31/78) read with Section 115 of C.P.C., against the Judgment and Decree dated 25.03.2003 made in L.A.C.M.A.No.3 of 1999 on the file of the Sub Court, Ambasamudram, against the order enhancing the award amount passed by the Land Acquisition Officer/Special Tahsildar(ADW), Cheranmahadevi, in Award No.13/98-99 dated 26.03.1999.

O R D E R
This Civil Revision petition is directed against the order dated 25.03.2003 in L.A.C.M.A.No.3 of 1999 on the file of the Sub Court, Ambasamudram. The lands belonging to the respondents were acquired way back in the year 1998. The award was passed in their https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
favour on 26.03.1999, fixing compensation at Rs.300/- per cent. A sum of Rs.14,490/- was awarded as compensation by the original authority. Aggrieved by the same, the land owners filed L.A.C.M.A.No.3 of 1999 before the Sub Court, Ambasamudram. The Court below enhanced the compensation amount of Rs.1,16,955/-. The market value as per cent was fixed at Rs.2,520/-. Questioning the enhancement made by the Sub Court, Ambasamudram, this Civil Revision petition has been filed.
2. When the matter was taken up for disposal, the Special Tahsildar(A.D.W.), Cheranmahadevi, filed a calculation memo stating that they had already deposited a sum of Rs.84,861/- as early as on 29.03.2010 and that the balance amount would be deposited within a period of three months before the Court below. The respondents can withdraw the same in the same proportion as fixed by the Court below.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision petition stands disposed of.
No costs.
Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
