ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed for executing the warrant issued against the accused person by the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate (Fast Track Court -I), Allikulam Commercial Complex, Chennai, in C.C.No.3084 of 2015. 2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.This Non Bailable Warrant was issued by the learned Magistrate on 03.04.2018 and subsequently, again on 13.06.2018 and the same has not been executed by the respondents. Hence, this petition has been filed before this Court.

4.The respondents are directed to execute the warrant issued by the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate (Fast Track Court -I), Allikulam Commercial Complex, Chennai, in C.C.No.3084 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 2015 forthwith.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
