O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kodaikanal, to monitor the investigation of the third respondent under the supervision of the first respondent / Superintendent of Police, Dindigul and complete the investigation.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there was a dispute between the petitioner and the private persons. In this regard, the third respondent Police has registered a case in Crime No.88 of 2022, which is under investigation. In these circumstances, the petitioner has filed this petition, seeking direction to the second respondent, to monitor the investigation done by the third respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation done by the third respondent police is also monitored by the second respondent. During the investigation stage, the accused persons in Crime No.88 of 2022 had approached this Court and filed a petition, not to 2/4

arrest. This Court also ordered the third respondent police, not to arrest the accused persons. As per the order of this Court, the third respondent police has not arrested the accused persons.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Since the Deputy Superintendent Of Police, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District is already discharging his duty, no direction needs to be given to him.
