Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESH PANDIAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5212 of 2023 dated 20.03.2023.

CRL MP(MD) No.6696 of 2023 09.05.2023, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
