This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the directing the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2021 and conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after receiving the complaint, the respondent police have not taken any action.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents seeks two weeks time to complete the enquiry.
4.
