O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfering the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.

2.According to the petitioner, the third respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner for the civil dispute. Based on that, the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the third respondent's complaint, they called the petitioner for enquiry. They have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in this petition. He would further submit that they will conduct enquiry upon the third respondent's complaint and disposed of the same, within a period of fifteen days. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this 2/5

petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5.Since the second respondent called the petitioner for enquiry based on the third respondent's complaint and the same is pending enquiry, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct enquiry upon the third respondent's complaint along with the representation, dated 07.04.2025 and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, in accordance with law. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
