ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to dispose of O.S.No.629 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. According to the counsel for petitioner that the Civil Revision Petition filed to dispose of the suit now pending before the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that PW.1 was examined and cross examined. He further submitted that DW1 was examined and posted for cross examination of the defendants side.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is inclined to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town, to dispose the said O.S.No.629 of 2012, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
