Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent herein to vacate and deliver the peaceful possession of petitioner building situated at Door No.14E 1 measuring an extent of 1944 sq ft situated at Siva complex, Dharapuram Road, Ottanchathiram to the petitioner. (The order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Claiming himself to be the landlord of the premises, in which, a Court is functioning and contending inter alia that water charges and other bills have not been paid, the petitioner has sought a Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to vacate and deliver vacant possession of the building at Door No.14E 1 measuring an extent of 1944 sq ft situated at Siva complex, Dharapuram Road, Ottanchathiram to the the petitioner.

2. Mandamus cannot be issued in the matter relating to landlord tenant relationship. Prayer is misconceived and this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
