..Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing teh 3rd respondent to isssue a renewal order to the petitioner for the shop No. 359/ 2012 situated at near and in front of Mattuthavani Flower Market Madurai on basis of his representation dated 30.04.2014 .

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to the third respondent to renew the license granted to him to run Shop No.359/2012 near Mattuthavani Flower Market, Madurai.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and we have also perused the records carefully.

3. Whether license is to be granted or not is the wisdom of the authority and we cannot issue any direction as prayed for. License is renewed by the authority having regard to certain vital issues, which we cannot decide. Therefore, the direction as prayed for cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
