ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the basis of petitioner's representation, dated 15.04.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, a case in Crime No. 14 of 2023 was registered under the caption 'Women Missing'. It is a case of elopement, between the son of the petitioner and the daughter of the third respondent. In this regard, the third respondent had also filed HCP before this Court to secure his daughter, which is pending before this Court. In the said HCP, summons were issued to the petitioner to inform the whereabouts of his son. The petitioner had appeared once and later, refused to appear stating that he does not have any information about the whereabouts of both his son and daughter.

3.It is seen that in view of the pendency of HCP, the petitioner is called for enquiry to share the information whereabouts of his son. The second respondent has no other purpose to call the petitioner. Let the 2/4

petitioner shall share the information about whereabouts of his son to the second respondent.

4.In view of the above, I find no merits in the petition. Accordingly, with the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
