O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on the enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that LIR No.28 of 2023 has been filed dated 08.04.2023 on the file of the second respondent herein against the petitioner. But so far no summon has been issued to the petitioner.

3. The second respondent is directed to issue summon to the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to appear before the competent authority and co-operate with the enquiry process. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry process, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
