Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants the first respondent to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petition mentioned property. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of the notice dated 29.06.2022 stating that survey will be done on 06.07.2022. The petitioner's counsel asserts that there is no rival claim or objection. If there is no rival claim or objection, the survey exercise can go on. But if there is any rival claim or objection, obviously, the parties will have to be relegated to move the jurisdictional civil Court.
