To bring on record the petitioners 9 and 10 herein as legal representatives of deceased 2nd appellant viz., Pasunkili Pillai and rank them as proposed appellants 9 and 10 in the above Second Appeal in S.A.(MD).No.15 of 2015.

ORDER

These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second appellant, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the petitioners 9 and 10 as legal representatives of deceased second appellant.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title and list the Second Appeal on 20.04.2026. 02-04-2026 Lm To 1.The Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur.
