Petition filed under Article 227 of the Civil Procedure Code, against the fair order decreetal order in I.A.No.332 of 2015 in O.S.No.7 of 2010 dated 06.11.2015 on the file of VI Additional District Judge, Madurai.

ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition, affidavit and earlier order of this Court and the letter from the VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in D.No.555 dated.18.09.2018 requesting this Court for a further time of three months for dispose the suit O.S.No.7/2010 on its file and this Court made the following order:- The VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai by letter dated 18.09.2018 has explained the reasons for not being able to comply the order to pass judgment in O.S.No.7 of 2010 within six months from the date of receipt of the copy of that order. 2.

Accepting the reasons stated, time is extended for passing judgment in the said suit till 28.02.2019 and the report of compliance shall be sent to the Registry within a week from the date of passing judgment.
