Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 under the guise of enquiry.

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 under the guise of enquiry.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner the third respondent police has conducted enquiry and the same was closed.
