ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional Mahila Court [Judicial Magistrate Level], Madurai District to dispose D.V.C.No.33 of 2022 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. 1/3

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a case in D.V.C.No.33 of 2022 seeking a share in the first respondent's house and for other maintenance. He further submits that the said proceedings is pending from the year 2022 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the aforesaid proceedings.

4.In view of the above submission, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the proceedings in D.V.C.No.33 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. No costs.
