This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.02.2025 and 27.02.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, they registered a case in Crime No.95 of 2025 and the same is pending for investigation. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass orders in this petition.
