This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.2701 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025 and Crl.M.P.(MD) No.19635 of 2025 dated 16.02.2026.
2.Heard both sides.
Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner and facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl OP.(MD). No.2701 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025 and Crl.M.P.(MD) No. 19635 of 2025 dated 16.02.2026 for a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
