ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks early disposal of the case pending trial in O.S.No.247 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam.

2. The petitioner has moved the suit in O.S.No.247 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam seeking the relief of cancellation of General Power of Attorney deed executed on 05.05.2011 under document No.1014/BK4/2011 on the file of the second respondent and for permanent injunction restraining the first respondent from alienating the property in question.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first respondent has been set ex-parte on 13.07.2015. She has not taken steps to set aside such order.

5. The learned counsel for the first respondent on the other hand submits that presently a petition towards such end stands moved.

Considering the rival submissions and the position that the suit is of the year 2014, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with a direction that the learned District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam shall dispose of O.S.No.247 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible.
