Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceeding of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.2700/E1/2012 dated 28.10.2020 and the consequential impugned proceeding of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.2700/E1/2012 dated 13.05.2021 and the consequential impugned proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.2700/E1/2012 dated 23.06.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to grant the petitioner extension of lease for another period of three years.
