O R D E R

The petitioner filed this writ petition praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2020 and take necessary action upon the same within the time limit stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation dated 17.08.2020 given by the petitioner has already been considered by the second respondent and upon which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.No.G3/27725/1726/2020, dated 20.08.2020 and the same is pending on the file of the second respondent. The said submission is recorded.

3.Now, since the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has already been considered by the respondent police, no further order is necessary. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
