To grant leave to the petitioners herein to file Revision Petition as against the order dated 26.03.2026 in I.A.No.1 of 2026 in O.S.No.34 of 2026 on the file of the District Munsif, Karaikudi.

ORDER

The petitioners claim that subsequent to the nominations made pursuant to the resolution passed in the meeting dated 01.03.2026, they have been selected by pick of lots. They are aggrieved by the order of injunction granted by the learned District Munsif, Karaikudi in I.A.No.1 of 2026 in O.S.No.34 of 2026 dated 26.03.2026. They claim that they have not been made parties to the proceedings. Being third parties, they seek leave to come on record.

2. The petitioners allege that they would suffer an irreparable loss on account of the fact that all of them have been selected to represent Nattukottai Nagarathars of Kandanur in the Kasi Nattukottai Nagarathar Sathram Management Committee. In the light of this averment, leave is granted.

3. Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 10.04.2026.

4. At the time of listing the matter, Registry shall print the name of Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, Mr.C.Mahadevan and Mr.R.M.Arun Swaminathan for the respondents in the cause list. Mr.R.M.Arun Swaminathan represents Kasi Nagarathar Sathram. It is not a party to the suit. But, his presence is essential for the purpose of resolving the issue. 09-04-2026 Lm To The District Munsif, Karaikudi.
