This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to take the petitioner's complaint dated 08.06.2021 on file, register a case, issue notice to the third respondent, enquire and investigate the same and file a Final Report.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.07.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the post of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram is vacant and the Officer in-charge is holding only Additional charge and he is not passing any orders. So a report was called from the learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram as to the present state of affairs that is prevailing there by enclosing the copy of this Writ Petition.
3.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a case in Crime No.14 of 2021 has been registered by the second respondent herein on 14.07.2021.
