ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants the respondent corporation to set up a bus stop in New Colony in Silamalai Village.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the second respondent submitted that there is already a bus stop at New Colony, Silaimalai Village. A formal statement has also been filed in this regard.

4.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
