ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Vadivel, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate for the Respondents1 & 2, this Court made the following order:

This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.MP (MD) No.3996 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.18600 of 2024, dated 25.03.2025 to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Special Judge, Special Court for trial of cases under SC/ST(POA) Act/I Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR), Trichy.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended for another 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the 2/4
