ORDER

The petition is filed by the wife praying to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.12 of 2024 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District, and transfer the same to the file of the Sub-Court, Muthukulathur, Ramanathapuram District. 2.It is the case of the petitioner/wife that she is now residing at Muthukulathur, Ramanathapuram District, along with her parents within the jurisdiction of the Sub-Court, Muthukulathur, Ramanathapuram District.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered on the following terms: (i)the H.M.O.P.No.12 of 2024 on the file of the Sub-Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District, is withdrawn and transfer the same to the file of the Sub-Court, Muthukulathur, Ramanathapuram District.

(ii)No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
